Please join us for a Japanese Cultural Movie Night and Potluck!!! We will be showing “Ito-Sato,” a movie set in the 1800’s depicting a story of love, war, and assassination from a woman’s unique perspective. This movie is based upon true events of the assassination of a leading member of the Shinsen-Gumi, a Samurai faction working under Police Command. It is a story told many times and known well by the Japanese.
